Avenue Apartment #2 has been designed to feel like a true city home. Thoughtful, welcoming, and light filled. Set within a historic Launceston building, recently renovated and beautifully considered, with original exposed brickwork and stained-glass windows adding warmth and historic charm throughout.

With two queen bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and open living, dining and kitchen, it’s the kind of place that makes gathering with friends or settling in for a longer stay feel easy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, whether you’re preparing fresh Tasmanian produce or simply settling in with a glass of local pinot at the end of the day.

Perched above the central streets, the apartment gives you the best of both worlds - step outside to Launceston’s coffee culture, Harvest Market, and wine bars, or walk to City Park, Cataract Gorge and UTAS Stadium. Then return to a quiet space that feels tucked away from it all.

A portacot and a highchair are available for infants upon request.

The apartment is located on the first floor and accessed by a flight of stairs. There is no lift access, so the space may not be suitable for those with mobility restrictions. Once inside, the apartment is all on one level.

One private off-street car space is included, just a few minutes’ walk from the front door.
