The photos do not do justice to the views our home offers. There is nothing better than spending the day by the window, drinking champagne, watching the boats by the Balmoral Beach. As you finish work and the sun begins to set, you get to watch the day turn to night, the city lights take over the sky and watch the Iconic Sydney Heads transform. This apartment has the best views the Iconic Sydney Heads has to offer - you will not find an Airbnb with a better view!

Pets are not allowed

Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons. We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets. There is free parking in front of the apartment with no time limit and on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!

Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
