Cancel 3+ business days before arrival for a full refund (minus the small card fee). If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable. - No shows: We’ll need to charge the full amount. - To secure your stay: A 10% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 7 days before arrival. - Card fees: $0.22 + 1.43% (standard) / 2.97% (Travel Cards). - Extra guests: Beyond the base rate, it’s $60 pp/night for most stays. - Care for your space: Damages or extra cleaning will be charged to your card on file only if needed. - Forgot something? We can return items – $20 domestic / $40 international shipping. - We’re here to make your getaway memorable, and we’re always happy to answer questions or help plan your visit. * Other rules: No Smoking Indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you do smoke, please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly. No Shoes or Bikes Inside Please remove your shoes while indoors. Do not bring bikes indoors under any circumstances. Secure bike storage is provided under the deck. Power for charging e-bikes provided in the bike storage area. No Pets Allowed To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed on the property. No Parties or Events For the comfort of all guests and neighbours, parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Respect Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM, to maintain the peaceful environment for all. Maximum Occupancy The property accommodates up to five guests. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Security and Safety Ensure doors and windows are locked whenever you leave the property. Security cameras are installed at the main entrance and rear of the property for safety and to protect the property. Check-Out Requirements Before leaving, please turn off all lights, air conditioning, and the fireplace; place used dishes in the dishwasher and start it; check for personal items; and ensure windows are closed and doors locked. Take out rubbish to the outside bin. Accidental Damage Please notify us of any accidental spills or damages as soon as possible. In the event of a spill on the carpet, notify the property manager immediately rather than attempting to clean it yourself, as we have professionals who can handle stains effectively. Children Due to the layout of the property, Bambara is not suitable for young children or toddlers. Drying and airing towels on the Heated Towel Rail Good airflow is essential for efficient drying, so the heated towel rail functions best when no more than one towel is draped over each rail. Do not cover all rails with a single towel. Be aware that the surface of the towel rail can be hot.
