Located near Anderson Park and a short stroll from the vibrant Kirribilli and Neutral Bay shopping villages, you’ll be right by the water’s edge in a prime location.

Step into a sunlit studio with a welcoming atmosphere, featuring light-washed timber furniture and modern décor. The space offers a cozy living area with a three-person couch, a Samsung TV, and a dining table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, microwave, oven, fridge, and a Nespresso coffee machine, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals with stunning harbour views.

For rest, relax in a plush queen bed with ample storage and a comfortable single bed for an additional guest. The sleek, modern bathroom features a shower, vanity, toilet, and complimentary toiletries.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a communal laundry, and free parking for one car, with minimal street parking available. This light-filled studio offers a serene escape with all the comforts of home, making it the perfect spot to enjoy Sydney's iconic harbour.

Parking: There are a few parking spots located directly outside the apartment, please note these space as not guaranteed as its on a first come first serve basis. Additionally, there is free Street parking on weekend and overnight. Please note parking is limited to 2 hours from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
