The beautiful chefs kitchen blends seamlessly with the deck and outdoor furniture to make for an easy night of entertaining. Open up the sliding doors and feel rejuvenated as the sea breeze swirls your senses.

A barbeque is provided for your convenience, cook up a storm!

Welcome to Younique Stays – Here’s what to know We want your stay to be stress-free from start to finish, so here’s a quick guide to our booking info: - Changing your plans? Cancel 3+ business days before arrival for a full refund (minus the small card fee). If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable. - No shows: We’ll need to charge the full amount. - To secure your stay: A 10% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 7 days before arrival. - Card fees: $0.22 + 1.43% (standard) / 2.97% (Travel Cards). - Extra guests: Beyond the base rate, it’s $60 pp/night for most stays. - Care for your space: Damages or extra cleaning will be charged to your card on file only if needed. - Forgot something? We can return items – $20 domestic / $40 international shipping. - We’re here to make your getaway memorable, and we’re always happy to answer questions or help plan your visit. * Other rules: - No pets. No parties or events. No smoking. - Commercial photography allowed.
