Nestled in the heart of larapuna country/Bay of Fires, our beach house is a mere 150m from the sea, its so close to Binalong Bays famous Baileys Beach you won't need to get into a car to get to the sea from our shack! Less than a 5 minute walk to Baileys Beach, close to the mountain bike trails of Bay of Fires (10min) and St Helens (20min). Dog friendly, workspace with hi-speed bottomless WiFi , well equipped kitchen, self contained, relaxed atmosphere, owned and operated by Tasmanian hosts Lee & Chris.

We are in a peaceful area of the coast, and as such guest need to respect the privacy of fellow residents. Our house is not set up for little people who would need specialty bedding/bathing/dining and safety features such as stair barriers or high chairs. You'll need to BYO baby/toddler care. Our housekeeping service (cleaning) will clean bathrooms, vacuum, change linen, wash windows, sterilise surfaces and other general cleaning. But guest are required to: - wash all dishes before departure to prevent ant and pests invasions and for hygiene purposes. - empty indoor bins to wheelie bins on drive so that rubbish makes it to the fortnightly waste collection. No smoking in house incl. vape, cannabis, cigarettes etc. Quite time in this areas is from 11pm All guests are required to be paying guests. We do not welcome camping or caravanning on the property to facilitate extra guests on site - a surcharge of $800 applies to infringements which breech our approved council policy. Any last minute guests to be lodged with Binalong -rides reservation/booking system. EV charging is not permitted from power points. No outdoor fires/firepits during Summer due to high fire risk.

Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 14 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 7 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.

Small farmers and outdoor enthusiasts, Lee and Chris are Tasmanian sea changers of over 30years. We work and live in Tasmania with our later teenage kids, two carefree hounds and a smattering of mountain bikes and way too much camping gear.
