The property is fully fenced, with the lowest fence height being 124cm. Please note, guests must clean up after their dogs (or additional cleaning fees will apply), dogs are not allowed on soft furnishings or beds, and are not to be left unmonitored inside or outside the property for extended periods of time. Please also refrain from allowing dogs into the bedrooms or lounge room, where there are rugs. ** Guest Count Guests must list the correct number of occupants in their booking to ensure enough linen is provided. ** Long Stays (21+ Nights) A mid-stay cleaning is required. We’ll notify you in advance. ** Cleaning & Damages Standard cleaning is included. Extra charges apply for excessive mess or damages. ** Keys & Lockouts - Lost keys: Up to $250 replacement fee. - Lockouts: Guest covers locksmith costs. ** Security Deposit Covers damages, noise complaints, or disturbances. Fully refunded if no issues. ** Guest Verification Requires ID, contact confirmation, a matching credit card (if needed), and a signed rental agreement. ** Deposit & Payment - 14+ days in advance: 50% due 30 days before, balance 14 days before check-in. - Studio apartments: 20% due 14 days before, balance 5 days before check-in. - Strong Farmers Estate: $500 non-refundable deposit, 50% due 60 days before, balance 30 days before. - Bookings within 14 days: Full payment at booking. ** Cancellation - 31+ days: Full refund minus 3% admin fee. - 14-30 days: 50% refund (minus fees), full cleaning fee refunded. - Within 14 days: Only cleaning fee refunded. - Strong Farmers Estate: $500 deposit non-refundable. 31+ days: 50% refund (minus deposit & admin fee).
