Welcome to Cloudy Bay Cabin’ a timber beach cottage secluded in paradise surrounded by South Bruny National Park and a mere stone’s throw from the shores of beautiful Cloudy Bay (Bruny Island, Australia). Cloudy Bay Cabin is perfectly located for families with young children keen to splash in the shallows -or teenagers prepared to walk to the nearby surf break. Walkers will be delighted too -with kilometers of sandy beach and pristine coastline to explore, as well as 350 acres of private forest to share with no one else except Bruny’s adorable wildlife. Delightfully cosy, the cabin comfortably sleeps six, whilst also offering additional guests the option to camp under the stars on the expansive grassed recreation area. The clean and practical kitchen enjoys spectacular views through the sheltered veranda to the beach beyond -with a rustic eight-seater dining table providing the perfect hub for lunch, dinner, or family Scrabble challenges. Please note: To maintain the unspoiled nature of the area, Cloudy Bay Cabin relies on solar power and bottled gas for most appliances (fridge, TV, cooktop & oven, BBQ and hot water) with a 12v power system offering USB charging points for your electronics, but no 240v general-purpose outlets. Cloudy Bay Cabin offers a direct path to pristine coastline & sandy beaches a truly off-grid experience.

* Property Use: - For holiday accommodation only – no events, parties, or commercial use. - No pets unless approved in advance. - No tents or caravans allowed. * Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside or near the property. $200 fee applies if smoking is detected, plus potential extra charges. * Guest Conduct: - Be respectful and avoid excessive noise - Do not exceed the maximum number of registered guests - Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required * Departure: - Leave the property clean and tidy. - Wash, dry and put away all dishes. - Clean BBQ, empty fridge and bins. - Fold back used beds and place towels in the shower. - $45 cleaning fee applies per task if not completed. * Check-in and Check-out: - Late check-out fees apply. - Return keys to the key safe. * Maintenance and Issues - Report any issues immediately to 0447 693 116. - No refunds for appliance faults or minor inconveniences. * Lost Items: - Lost items will be kept for 3 months - Return costs start at $30 * Bushfire Policy - Bookings may be cancelled if safety is at risk due to bushfire. - Refunds at management's discretion. * Drones: Drone use is strictly prohibited on all properties. * Insurance: Guests are strongly encouraged to have travel insurance. Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
