House Rules – Please Read Before Booking *SMOKING: Allowed outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. No smoking inside the house. *PETS: - Not allowed inside the house. No dogs in the pool please! - DOGS - a pet fee applies! You must request dogs to come with you - do not just presume you can bring your dogs let us know if your bringing dogs with you there will be extra charges! *GUESTS AND VISITORS: Only registered guests are allowed to stay. No unregistered visitors, no sleeping on lounges, and no RVs or campers staying on the property. *PARTIES AND NOISE: No parties or gatherings. Please keep noise levels down and no loud music after 10 PM out of respect for our neighbors. *FURNISHINGS & CARE: - Use white towels inside only; separate beach & pool towels are provided. - Any broken, damaged, or stained items (including linen) must be replaced at the guest’s expense. - Do not sit on leather sofas in wet swimwear - any stains will require professional cleaning at your expense. *POOL SAFETY: Guests are fully responsible for their own safety while using the pool. *XMAS WEEK: 7-day Bookings only. We’ve put a lot of care into creating a stylish, clean, and comfortable space for you - please leave it as you found it so the next guests can enjoy it just as much!
