Interior Designers family home in the heart of Erskineville aka 'Erko' (rated the best place to live in AU 2023). A spacious and relaxing retreat with separate living areas for your group. This lovingly curated space has been architecturally designed to highlight its period features with quality mid -century furniture throughout. The owners love of music is obvious with artwork featuring numerous icons adorning the walls. Rugs are designed by local indigenous artisans and local suppliers are showcased throughout. A truly individual space to stay.

*Small- Medium dogs who aren’t chewers, scratchers or furniture dwellers are permitted ;) * Government photo ID required for booking *No additional guests *No loud noise after 10pm * Bin night is on Thursday night for Friday morning collection. Pop the bins out on Thursday afternoon and take them in on Friday morning please. *If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, an $80 fee will apply. If keys are lost, the cost of replacement will be held from the deposit. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required.

Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 14 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 7 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.

Hey, I am Krystina! Welcome to my spaces. I move around a lot with my work so I love welcoming guests to come and enjoy one of my cozy homes! Come for a weekend, come for a month or more! As hosts in NSW are restricted in terms of their rentals to a max of 180 days, I also welcome stays of 21 days or over. This means I can keep hosting awesome guests like you!
