The space
We've designed our rooms with your comfort and convenience in mind.
Our well-appointed room offers a luxe microcloud bed dressed with luxury bedding for a restful night's sleep. For added storage, we have the chest & the beds include built-in drawers, and extra blankets are provided for your comfort.
Our coffee machine is available from 7AM, and we offer delicious breakfast options to suit various needs, available for purchase. Please order breakfast the night before.

Booking Policy
House Rules
1. No pets allowed.
2. Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM.
3. No parties or events -unless pre approval
4. No commercial photography.
5. No smoking.
6. Lost Keys or non returned keys will attract a $100 fee.
7. If the weather is wet/muddy we ask that shoes be removed at back door, a cabinet is provided inside at the stairs, if needed.
Cancellation
Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
