Welcome to Younique Stays – Here’s what to know We want your stay to be stress-free from start to finish, so here’s a quick guide to our booking info: - Changing your plans? Cancel 3+ business days before arrival for a full refund (minus the small card fee). If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable. - No shows: We’ll need to charge the full amount. - To secure your stay: A 10% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 7 days before arrival. - Card fees: $0.22 + 1.43% (standard) / 2.97% (Travel Cards). - Extra guests: Beyond the base rate, it’s $60 pp/night for most stays. - Care for your space: Damages or extra cleaning will be charged to your card on file only if needed. - Forgot something? We can return items – $20 domestic / $40 international shipping. - We’re here to make your getaway memorable, and we’re always happy to answer questions or help plan your visit. * Other rules: - No parties or events. No smoking. - Commercial photography allowed.

Firm - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
