Goldie's Maroubra – Top-Floor Beach Stay With Views

Located in a small peaceful block of 5 units is our place. We are on the top floor (3rd) and have awesome views of Maroubra and beyond. Tidy, clean and compact, I've designed my home to be comfortable enough for couples or families. With an outdoor seating area alongside the lounge room, you can kick back with your laptop, a coffee, or a wine throughout the day. The lounge room is comfortably laid out and features a Bravia TV. We have a full kitchen and dishwasher with everything you need in a home from home. There's a seperate dining area for 4 people alongside a dedicated workspace. Our bathroom features a bath and shower alongside a washing machine. Whilst older in design it's fully functional and clean. Our first bedroom has a double bed for your comfort with a large wardrobe for your items. Our second bedroom has a double bed and storage drawers. The apartment is single story with bedrooms and bathrooms at the rear of the property.

*Keys* Our lockboxes are checked and the pin created each clean before your stay. There is not usually any issue with our lockboxes. I ask that you take your time and read the check in information thoroughly before requesting my assistance. If you don't return the keys to the lockbox on checkout you may incur a replacement fee if the Housekeeper can not enter. If you lose the key during your stay you will be charged for this replacement which could be expensive as we will need to change the lock. *Families* There is a children's travel cot, high chair (attachable to table), baby bath, change mat and crockery available. There is also a small selection of 2-3 year old toys available. Please remember to request these when booking so we can ensure they are available on your stay. I unfortunately do not provide linen for the baby cot. *Groups* No smoking and no parties in order that I am compliant with NSW STRA rules. We are respectful to our neighbours and hope that our guests are too. *Linen & Towels* I provide one bath towel per guest for your stay. Each bathroom has 2 toilet rolls as well as 2 hand towels and a bath mat. If you require extra linen as part of your stay this needs to be pre-organised and pre-paid. An additional linen set is $25 per bed and $5 per bath towel. I am happy to organise with enough notice (72 hours) and can deliver if you extend your stay for a cost of $35. *Inclusions* Basic kitchen cooking items are provided; oil, salt, pepper and herbs. Eco Friendly Cleaning products & Toiletries are provided for your stay. These are refillable please do not remove or throw away if you empty them. *Rubbish* please take your fridge contents and rubbish out on the day that you leave to our rubbish area in the basement. If rubbish is left in the property this can attract pests and there may be a rubbish removal charge added to your checkout costs. *Breakages and other issues* I understand fully and appreciate that accidents happen. If you break anything on your stay please just let me know so we can work it out together. If you find on check-in that something isn't working to your satisfaction then please let me know as soon as you can so we can remedy for you. If you are unhappy on your stay, I am on the inbox and ask that you provide any feedback immediately so I can provide an appropriate solution to you. Notifying me once you leave is not going to enable a satisfactory remedy. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. As a local small business owner who relies on Airbnb as my income I will not tolerate threats to my review system and will contact Airbnb in regards to any attempts to receive a reduction in fees if this process is not followed. This is agreed to as part of the booking conditions of the property.

Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
