This charming house, nestled in the picturesque town of Nelson Bay, offers a tranquil escape just 2 hours from Sydney. With accommodation for up to 8 guests, including 3 Queen bedrooms and a kids' room with 2 single beds, our spacious retreat is perfect for two families or a group getaway. It's also conveniently located within driving distance of several stunning beaches along the New South Wales coast.

Just a scenic drive away, guests can explore pristine sandy shores, crystal-clear waters, and enjoy a day of sun, surf, and relaxation by the beach.

Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons. We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets. Have a great time, but kindly keep in mind that our property is nestled in a tranquil rural area, where sound carries easily through the crisp highlands air. Please ensure that any music played remains at a background level. Additional detailed guidelines will be provided in the guest welcome document, which you are required to read and acknowledge upon arrival. There is an aircon unit in the front living room as well as in the main living room. The bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort.

Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
