This stunningly renovated apartment has been meticulously designed with the highest quality finishes and features exquisite Coco Republic furniture throughout. Boasting unparalleled views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and entertainer’s balcony, every room offers a front-row seat to Sydney’s iconic landmarks.

The spacious living, dining, and entertaining areas are complemented by a smart TV for added convenience. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for both cooking and entertaining guests. With three generously sized bedrooms, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

The property includes one and a half beautifully appointed bathrooms, stocked with premium organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The main bathroom features a toilet, sink, and shower, while the half bathroom offers a sink and bathtub/shower combination.

There is no air conditioning in the property. However, there are ceiling fans in two of the three bedrooms, and we provide portable fans and heaters. Parking - We do not have a car space for this property. There is 2 hour free parking out the front of the building, Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm. Peel St (3 buildings down) there is 2 hour free parking from the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Peel St has UNLIMITED FREE PARKING on weekends. This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as cots and high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property. Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
