A spotless, modern self-contained studio with cozy insulation and double-glazed windows, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac yet just a short stroll from all that Hobart has to offer.
Happy to be flexible with check-in/check-out time when possible. You're also welcome to leave your bags in the storage after check-out.
Off-street parking available with notice, and plenty on-street parking also available.

5. Happy to arrange access to washing machine/dryer (located next door), especially for guests who stay longer.
6. I am happy to assist you and/or accommodate your needs when possible. Please contact me in advance to discuss.
Cancellation
Flexible - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 24 hours before their scheduled arrival date. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.

Meet Your Host, Nadira Farid
Hi, I’m Nadira! I’m an Emergency Nurse, relief teacher, and jazz muso. Hobart’s been home since 2010, though I grew up in Jakarta in a big family (Arabic background) where I learned early that making people feel welcome is good for the soul. Hospitality is in my DNA.
I believe in kindness, inclusivity, and humanity. I love welcoming guests who value diversity and stand up for others. If you believe that one group is superior than others, this isn’t the place for you! Life's too short for that nonsense.
