About Lappi Farm: Camping Site
We have 3 unpowered riverfront campsites. Each site accommodates one camper/van/tent.
Vans must be offroad capable to be able to access the site due. There is water available nearby and communal facilities including a hot shower, flushing toilet, laundry and sauna.
Campers are required to leave no trace and remove all rubbish when they leave.

** Peak Season: If any part of your booking falls in peak season, peak season terms apply to the entire booking.
** Pricing & Payment: Prices are in AUD and confirmed upon payment. Deposit (30%) is required to confirm, and full payment must be made 14 days before arrival. Late payments may lead to cancellation without refund.
** Refunds & Booking Credit
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Any remaining balance after fees will be held as Booking Credit for future reservations.
** Amendments ($25 Fee Applies)
- Subject to availability & pricing at the time of request.
- If modifying multiple cabins/sites, each must be amended separately.
** Booking Changes Within 14 Days of Check-In
- Preponing: Pay the full value of new dates immediately. Refunds issued for rebooked dates minus $25 fee.
- Postponing: Pay the difference in value immediately. Refunds issued for rebooked dates.
** Booking Changes More Than 14 Days Before Check-In
- Pay any additional deposit if required. Any excess deposit will be credited.
- Amendments must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in via email.
** Cancellations
- More than 14 days before check-in: $25 admin fee.
- 8-14 days before check-in: 50% cancellation fee.
- 7 days or less: 100% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or early departures: No refund (Booking Credit may be offered at management’s discretion).
** Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is from 3 PM, early check-in requires booking an extra night. Check-out is before 10 AM, late check-out incurs fees.
- a surcharge of $50.00 per hour for every hour after 10 AM that you fail to check-out; or
- if you check-out after 12 PM a charge equivalent to the fully daily rate which applies to your booking.
** Security Deposit: A credit card hold or $200 cash deposit is required. Excess cleaning, damages, or rule violations may incur charges.
** Rules & Conduct: Smoking is prohibited indoors ($200 fine). Noise must be minimal; excessive noise can lead to eviction. Pets are allowed with a $25 fee, a $200 deposit, and must be controlled.
** Facilities & Services: Subject to change; guests must confirm availability before booking. Guests use facilities at their own risk.
** Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended for cancellations, lost property, or medical expenses.

Cancellation
Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 14 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 7 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
