Located in the heart of Lavender Bay my apartment is just steps away from gourmet cafes, boutique shops, and waterfront trails. Watch the sunset over the harbour from just outside or take a short stroll down to the water. Amenities • High-speed Wi-Fi • Flat-screen TV with streaming services • Luxurious linens and towels • Toiletries & Handwash • Complimentary coffee & tea. Guest Access: You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, including private access to a shared garden and outdoor seating area overlooking the garden. Convenient self-check-in is available with a lockbox.

Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. Events are not allowed. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are also prohibited. We have quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect my place.

Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.

As hosts in NSW are restricted in terms of their rentals to a max of 180 days, I also welcome stays of 21 days or over. This means I can keep hosting awesome guests like you!
