Light-Filled City Escape, Walk to Cafés + Parking

Fresh, bright, and perfectly located — this beautifully designed city home is the ideal base to explore Launceston and the best of Northern Tasmania. You'll have two indoor car parks (a real bonus around here!) and be walking distance to cafe's, shops and Launceston's Cataract Gorge which is just minutes away.

This house is seriously something special — a stunning architectural build that's light-filled, stylish, and full of little touches to make your stay easy and relaxed.

The home is spread over three levels:
- Top floor (third level):
Three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and even an office nook if you need to catch up on some work.
- Middle level:
The heart of the home, with a huge open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, a sunny deck with a BBQ and outdoor seating, and plenty of couch space for everyone to spread out and relax. There's also a powder room (toilet) on this floor for convenience.
- Ground floor:
Two secure undercover car parks, a small TV room, and a wine cellar (sadly, the cellar’s locked — but it's fun to know it’s there!).

The bedrooms are calm and cozy with block-out blinds, and comfy beds.

There’s also a small TV room downstairs that can either be used as a second living space or — if needed — converted into an extra sleeping spot with a pull-out sofa bed.
If you’d like the sofa bed made up, just let us know when you book — we’re happy to set it up for you. (It’s a bit tight when open, but a handy extra if you're travelling with family or friends.)

The kitchen is fully equipped if you feel like cooking (though with so many great cafés and restaurants nearby!). Plus there's a coffee machine and a big breakfast bar for easy mornings.

The house is filled with sunlight and little spots to relax — whether you’re opening the balcony doors, reading in the living room, or setting up dinner outside on the deck.

You’re walking distance to the CBD, cafés, shops, and Cataract Gorge — and with two rare secure parks on site, exploring Launceston (and the north of Tassie) couldn’t be easier.

You will have access to the whole home during your stay.

The TV room downstairs has a pull-out sofa bed — if you need it made up, just let us know when you book.

It’s a bit tight when the bed is open, but it’s a handy option if you're travelling with family or friends!

The sofa bed is only made up on request — otherwise, the space is left open as a second living area.

If you need a portacot, just let us know — we’re more than happy to have it set up ready for your arrival (because honestly, no one wants to wrestle with a portacot on holiday!).

This space is not suitable for those with mobility restrictions as the home has multiple sets of stairs.
