Additionally, take advantage of the lap pool and spa located within the complex for a relaxing experience.

Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. We expect guests to be mindful of our neighbours and to ensure they are not impacted by noise. Strictly no smoking building. All guests who stay must abide by the Global Airbnb No Party Policy. We may need to occasionally attend the property with buyers agent. We will give ample notice of this and organise with your comfort in mind.

Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
