Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons. Little Plains is pet and horse-friendly upon request. Please contact us prior to booking for approval. Note that the property is a working farm with animals, open water sources, and wire fencing. Children must be supervised at all times. Easily accessible off an unsealed road with ample parking for cars, vans, trailers, and more. Enjoy secure parking within the property gates and quiet surroundings with the occasional ‘Moo’ or ‘Baa’ from friendly farm animals.

Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
