The general rule is to leave it how you found it! Put used towels in the bath. Put landfill rubbish in the rubbish shute located at the end of the corridor, past the elevator and next to Apartment 106. Rinse dirty dishes. Remove food from the fridge. If anything breaks, is empty, or if you have a note about any issues, repairs, or the like, please just leave that out on the kitchen bench. Return the keys to Be My Guest, Shop 3/200 Spencer Street. We love this little apartment so much and it’s such a pleasure to share it. We really appreciate any feedback you may have so we can be sure to make it even better for everyone who stays. QUIET HOURS: The apartment is located in a residential zone, so the EPA noise control guidelines apply: - 10 pm – 7 am Monday–Friday - 10 pm – 9 am weekends & public holidays PETS: Regretfully, we cannot accommodate pets. Evidence of pets will incur an extra cleaning fee. SHOES: Kindly remove shoes on entry if they are dirty. RUBBISH: There are 2 rubbish options in the cupboard on the right under the sink: - Landfill rubbish may be put down the rubbish shute located in the store room at the end of the corridor, past the lift and next to Apartment 106. - The recycle bin may be left for the housekeeper, however, accumulated recycle materials can be put in wheelie bins on the ground floor near the roller door of the parking garage VISITORS: This property is not suitable for parties or events. The apartment is for overnight guests only (max 4 guests) SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the balcony HEATING AND COOLING - The remote for the reverse cycle AC/heating is located on the chiffonier. - Please switch off AC/heater on check out. - 21 degrees is a comfortable temperature. SAFETY - The fire extinguisher and fire blanket are located in the top cupboard nearest the fridge. - The first aid kit is located in the bathroom. - No naked flames inside the apartment or on the balcony. LAUNDRY: There is a washing machine, laundry detergent, clothes rack, iron and ironing board in the laundry CANDLES: The candles provided are battery operated and can be turned on/off using the remote controls The three remote controls are located in the bedrooms and on the chiffonier in the lounge room BROKEN ITEMS - Broken items are all good and so understandable. Life happens! - Just leave whatever it may be out so we can replace it. Please never stress about a broken glass or minor breakage. HOUSEKEEPING - If your stay is a bit longer, cleaning can be organised while you’re out. There is an extra fee of $150 for a full clean. - A complimentary towel refresh will be provided on day 5 of your stay. - The vacuum cleaner, broom, and mop are stored in the laundry cupboard ADDITIONAL CHARGES - Additional charges may be applicable for theft or willful damage to property - Lost keys will incur a $350 replacement fee.
