The perfect base for an action packed stay halfway between the beach & the CBD. Located at the top of the ever popular Oxford Street in Paddington with Centennial Park just over the road. Walk down Queen Street and discover it’s upmarket shops just moments away. My place is at the top of Oxford Street which you can meander down and enjoy plenty of restaurants, bars and independent and high end boutiques or jump on a bus to Bondi Beach in 15 minutes!

Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. Strictly no smoking or noise that might upset my neighbors. Checkout 10am can you please: - turn all fans off - remove any rubbish communal bins out back entrance - return keys to lockbox. Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
