Guests have access to shared coin-operated laundry facilities. A starter amenities pack with tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper is provided. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.

For your security, guests must complete a simple verification process, including ID confirmation and signing a rental agreement. Surveillance cameras are installed in the common car park area to ensure the safety of all guests and their vehicles. Check-in details will be provided once verification is complete.
