    About Nornalup Homestead

Nornalup Homestead is a nurturing nature stay with a difference for solo travellers, couples, friends and family. Wander the 68 hectares of forest and farmland. Marvel at the towering tingle trees. Watch the sunrise with coffee and breakfast on the veranda. Breath the fresh air, listen to the birdsong, smell the forest aroma, experience the green and blue vista of pasture and sky. End the day with a sunset walk in the paddocks and gaze at the night sky panorama. Nornalup Homestead has everything you need for a rejuvenating stay. The farmhouse is a fully self-contained 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom farmhouse, sleeping up to 8 guests. The large stone fireplace, BBQ, washing machine, dryer, Smart TV, books, toys and board games create a home away from home. The separate lounge and living rooms provide space for everyone. Sleep well with comfortable mattresses and pillows topped by a warm doona and blanket. Cook up a feast in the modern kitchen. Enjoy your favourite brew in the espresso coffee machine or stovetop coffee maker. Have a soak in our insulated 2 person bath after a days exploring. Read a book from our library in one of the rocking chairs. There are 28 hectares of green paddocks and 40 hectares of karri, tingle and sheoak forest to roam through. Ponder the fascinating history and authentically unique story of the property. Visit the registered cemetery. Swim, fish, paddle or go boating from our private jetty on the Frankland River. The perfect place for a swim, afternoon drinks, a picnic or just to sit and watch the day go by. Nornalup Homestead is also the perfect base for walkers, cyclists and paddlers exploring the nearby Bibbulmun Track, Munda Biddi Trail and the Frankland River.
