Pets are not allowed

There is no elevator in the building, but our apartment is only up the first flight of stairs (15 steps). We do not have a parking spot, but there is free limited street parking. Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons. We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
