The apartment offers two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with two Single beds, accommodating up to four guests. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, and dishwasher. A comfortable sofa, two TVs with Netflix, and free WiFi ensure a relaxing stay.

For added convenience, the apartment includes a washing machine, with access to a coin-operated dryer. Secure access and free parking for one vehicle are also provided. Please note the parking space has a height limit of 1.9m, and extra vehicles must park in nearby side streets.

The location is unbeatable, just a five-minute walk to the beach, cafés, and restaurants. Public transport is easily accessible, with trams to the CBD running every 20 minutes and bus stops nearby.

Starter amenities such as tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, and soap are provided but not replenished. For stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required.
