Port Farm - Port Campbell Accessible Accommodation is a three-bedroom property that sleeps up to 10 guests, with step-free access, step-free showers with grab rails in both bathrooms and a height-adjustable over toilet chair and shower chair. Perched high on a hill above the coastal village of Port Campbell and constructed from corrugated iron; this thoughtfully designed off-grid home gives nothing away until you reach the front door. It is here that your eyes are met by expansive views of farmland and the wild Southern Ocean; come inside, switch off and experience the Great Ocean Road differently.

Pets are not allowed

Access - The road to the farmhouse is a bumpy gravel track with a steep section. AWD/4WD vehicles are recommended. Farm Life - This is a working farm with livestock, dams, and electric fences. Stay on designated tracks, and children must always be supervised. Swimming in dams is not allowed. Off-Grid Living - The house runs on solar power, with a backup generator that may hum when in use. Accessibility - The house is designed for improved accessibility, with grab rails, adaptive fixtures, and mobility aids available. Contact us for details. Weather & Safety - In rare cases of flooding or extreme fire danger, we will advise you on safety measures. Check the VicEmergency app for updates. Children - Best suited for babies or older children. A port-a-cot is available, and there’s a sandpit for little ones. Wi-Fi & Mobile Network - Mobile service can be unreliable. Starlink Wi-Fi is provided, but save check-in details in advance. Heating & Cooling - Well-insulated with uPVC windows, blinds, and ceiling fans. A split system and fireplace keep you comfortable year-round. No smoking. No parties or events. Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation ends 1 week prior to stay. Travel Insurance - We recommend insurance, as our cancellation policy is firm. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Firm - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
