Whether you're a runner, a walker, or someone who simply enjoys a slow stroll, the scenic Patawalonga River, white sandy beaches, and vibrant Glenelg nightlife are all just steps away.

This charming apartment, named after our grandfather who built the building, is a cozy escape with a calming atmosphere and a touch of vibrancy. The queen bed is layered with soft linens and blackout blinds for a restful sleep, while the second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds. Large windows frame the view of the tree-filled garden, a perfect place to relax with a cup of tea or a guitar in hand. Wake up at your own pace, enjoy a long rain shower with endless hot water, then set out for a day of adventure. Swim, sail, or watch dolphins glide by at sunset, reflected like glass on the river. When it's time to eat, the fully renovated kitchen is ready for anything from gourmet meals to quick bites, and the smart fold-away dining table adds a touch of flexibility to the space. As night falls, the lights of the Marina Pier twinkle like stars, and the energy of Glenelg comes alive. Public transport is right at your doorstep, making it easy to explore the area. The main street, just minutes away, is packed with cafes, bars, and over 300 unique shops. Whether you're after a fine dining experience or a casual coffee by the water, Glenelg has something for everyone. The apartment is located on the first floor at the back of the building, accessible by a short flight of stairs. While the exterior may be a little dated, the modern interior and unbeatable location more than make up for it. Guests have access to a coin-operated laundry, free WiFi, and a private parking spot. A basic starter pack of amenities is provided, and for longer stays, mid-stay servicing is required.

For a smooth check-in, guests must complete a quick verification process, including ID confirmation and a rental agreement. This ensures a secure and enjoyable stay.
