Boasting a large deck, BBQ area and open plan living spaces, you’ll be spoilt here.

- Open plan dining seating up to six guests comfortably
- Large wrap around veranda with beach/ocean views which is bathed in sunlight from morning to night
The parents retreat downstairs is accessed by EXTERNAL staircase, however totally worth it!

The famous Redbill Surf beach is a short 2 minute stroll over the dunes and is ideal for swimming, surfing or watching the penguins come up at night. You can walk into town via the stunning beach path or if in a rush drive into the bakery, cafes, supermarket, bars and restaurants in just 3-4 minutes.

The house is private, with the rear of the house surrounded by lush bush, and to the east you can soak in views of the surf, beach and Diamond Island. 

We have parking for at least two vehicles, as well as street parking (quiet cul-de-sack).
