Sitting on the banks of the Patawalonga River, this apartment is just a 2-minute walk to the beach, public transport, and Glenelg’s vibrant nightlife. The airport is a 10-minute drive away.

Enjoy river views from the living room, where boats are silently moored. This ground-floor apartment sleeps up to four guests and welcomes up to two well-behaved pets upon request. The space is fully tiled and features two bedrooms: one king-width queen bed and two single beds. Your car space is right outside the door, and the secure rear courtyard includes a dog kennel, pet tray, table setting, and food and water bowls for furry guests.

Built in the 70s by our grandfather, the building’s exterior shows its age, but the location, interior, and stunning river views more than make up for it. The apartment sits on a suburban street that can get busy, especially during events. While not a main road, occasional traffic noise may be heard.

Guests have full access to the apartment, private courtyard, and one free off-street parking space. A shared coin-operated laundry is also available.

The property is set up for easy self-check-in and is managed by Hello Host. A team member is available 24/7 via online message or email.

Up to two house-trained dogs are welcome upon request. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture, and guests must clean up after them in the yard. A small pet stay fee applies.

For stays over 21 nights, mid-stay servicing is required. Guests will be notified if this applies during their stay.
