Welcome to our family's modern architect designed beach retreat in Rye nestled in a native garden filled with Moonah & TeaTrees where natural beauty & luxury meet. Our home has clean lines, warm timber tones, earthy textures and a beautiful connection to the outdoors. We love the heated magnesium pool & spa accessed by a bridge. Our home comfortably sleeps 8 people, ideal for 2 families, a group of friends, or anyone wanting to escape the city and reconnect with nature and slow down. Our home begins with a bright open plan kitchen, dining and living area with huge floor to ceiling windows overlooking tree tops and lots of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features stone bench tops, twin ovens, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge / freezer with filtered water and ice maker, Nespresso coffee machine plus toaster & kettle. There are plenty of cooking utensils, cookware, glassware, crockery & cutlery to satisfy the gourmet chef. The large island bench has an overhang at one end with 4 timber stools. The dining area has a timber dining table with 12 chairs to entertain family & friends. The living space has an enormous sofa which comfortably seats 6 plus a leather swivel chair and a day bed beneath a large picture window perfect for reading in the morning sun. There is a designer wood burning fireplace, a 65" "The Frame" smart TV plus 2 Sonos speakers. There is second cosy living room with a 4 seater chaise sofa and a huge 75" smart tv with soundbar and subwoofer perfect for movie nights or watching sport. Powder room with toilet, basin and mirror. Laundry is fully equiped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is an outside washing line located at the rear of the home.
