Saint Mary - Garden Retreat near Newtown & Enmore

Welcome to Saint Mary, my beautiful period property set on a quiet tree lined residential street in the heart of Camperdown. I've kept the lines throughout sleek and clean with little hints of my travels thrown in for interest. I hope you love my space as much as I do. Saint Mary is a beautiful terraced home, with a welcoming front garden with hedgerow. On entry is our serene lounge area for up to 6. There's comfortable quality sofas and a smart tv for streaming services. If you'd prefer a little R&R I have a number of books you can read on your stay too. Through the lounge is our large open plan kitchen, this features a breakfast bar and seating, which doubles as an alternative work space. My kitchen features high end appliances, a washer and dryer and I'd say pretty much every home comfort you need for the best possible stay. There’s a seperate dining area in this space for up to 6 with views out to the garden and patio area. Outside there is another seperate dining area, creating several living spaces for your group. My patio is large and open with a BBQ and outdoor fridge for entertaining. Off the kitchen is a separate downstairs powder room with a toilet and hand basin. Up the stairs to the first floor, the first bedroom is a comfortable sized queen. This room features a separate desk and fitted wardrobes for your belongings. There’s a ceiling fan and aircon in this room for your added comfort. Luxury linens and towels are provided as standard. Next door to this room is a separate study and reading nook featuring storage alongside a large desk should you need to work from home. This room as of all of my bedrooms has a fan and air con dependent on your needs. The main family bathroom is on this level and features a bath, shower, toilet and hand basin. Sustainable ethical toiletries are provided for your stay. The king master en- suite is also on this level - a large and tranquil room with a balcony outlook. This room has beautiful filtered light throughout the day and looks out onto the tree lined street outside. A ceiling fan and aircon also feature in this room. An ensuite shower, toilet and hand basin are featured with sustainable ethical toiletries and towels. Up the stairs to the queen bedroom right at the top of town on level 3! This room is light filled and relaxing with plenty of space for your belongings. There's aircon and a fan as standard for your added comfort alongside luxury linens. This room also has a desk space which means all members of your group have somewhere they can work from at Saint Mary's. Our secure garage is accessed at the back via a parking fob which is inside our place. The parking restriction is 1.8m high. Parkopedia is recommended for alternative parking options.
