Welcome to Sandstone Stanley, my stunning home. With sleek interiors and original sandstone features, my space is perfect for a luxurious City stay. 'Darlo' as its affectionally known, has a rich history and borders the CBD. Stroll down to Stanley Street a few moments away for a local dinner or al-fresco drinks.
Just perfectly located, we are near Hyde Park and Oxford Street as well as Surry Hills and Potts Point. placing you close to the best Sydney burbs, with hotspots just a short walk away.

Embrace Sydney’s vibrant inner-city lifestyle from this exceptional home at the crossroads of Surry Hills and Darlinghurst. Its historic sandstone façade opens to reveal a spectacular remodeling of true innovative design. The entire home has been stylishly furnished with design-driven homewares and unique artwork, enhancing its raw stone aesthetic.

Entering the property you’ll arrive in the cosy living room kitted with a plush sofa, reading chairs and central TV. In the kitchen, state-of-the-art appliances meet marble finishes encourage guests to whip up a meal at home. The glass-wrapped dining room connects beautifully with the outdoors capturing streams of natural light and fresh breezes. Air-conditioning throughout keeps things comfortable no matter what season you are travelling. Working remotely? The home boasts an executive office, while the second bedroom offers a built-in dedicated workspace with leafy views.

Each of the bedrooms have been immaculately presented for your stay, with hotel-quality linens and reading lights, while built-in storage throughout ensures there’s plenty of space for your belongings. All bedrooms are fitted with queen-sized beds, apart from one which highlights two comfortable single beds. The master encompasses the entire third floor, benefitting from stunning sculptural ceilings and a luxurious bathroom, while the third bedroom also features an ultra-modern ensuite. The main bathroom comes with a dedicated wet zone, comprising of a freestanding bathtub and shower. A powder room and an in-unit washer and dryer on the ground floor adds to your everyday convenience.

Paid Parking is available on request, and is a few minutes walk away.

This is a strictly no party, no smoking home. As we are part of a community, there is a strict quiet time in our garden from 9pm - 8 am. Thank you for your understanding.

Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. PARKING: Parking is available by booking on the Space Genie App. We are located on Bourke Street in Darlinghurst. This is an open air car park a few minutes walk from our place. It charges around $18 per day. KEYS: Our lockboxes are checked and the pin created each clean before your stay. There is not usually any issue with our lockboxes. I ask that you take your time and read the check in information thoroughly before requesting my assistance. If you don't return the keys to the lockbox on checkout you may incur a replacement fee if the Housekeeper can not enter. If you lose the key during your stay you will be charged for this replacement which is $200 as we will need to change the lock. FAMILIES: There is a children's cot, high chair (attachable to table), baby bath, change mat and crockery available. There is also a small selection of 2-3 year old toys available. Please remember to request these when booking so we can ensure they are available on your stay. I unfortunately do not provide linen for the baby cot. GROUPS: No smoking and no parties in order that I am compliant with NSW STRA rules. We are respectful to our neighbours and hope that our guests are too. LINEN AND TOWELS: I provide one bath towel per guest for your stay. Each bathroom has 2 toilet rolls as well as 2 hand towels and a bath mat. If you require extra linen as part of your stay this needs to be pre-organised and pre-paid. An additional linen set is $25 per bed and $5 per bath towel. I am happy to organise with enough notice (72 hours) and can deliver if you extend your stay for a cost of $35. *INCLUSIONS: Basic kitchen cooking items are provided; oil, salt, pepper and herbs. Eco Friendly Cleaning products & Toiletries are provided for your stay. These are refillable please do not remove or throw away if you empty them. RUBBISH: The bins and rubbish need to be put out on Wednesday evening for a Thursday morning pick up. If you miss this collection and leave rubbish in the property which could impact the next guest, there will be a rubbish removal charge added to your checkout costs. BREAKAGES AND OTHER ISSUES: I understand and appreciate that accidents happen. If you break anything on your stay please just let me know so we can work it out together. If you find on check-in that something isn't working to your satisfaction then please let me know as soon as you can so we can remedy for you. If you are unhappy on your stay, I am on the inbox and ask that you provide any feedback immediately so I can provide an appropriate solution to you. Notifying me once you leave is not going to enable a satisfactory remedy. As a local small business owner who relies on Airbnb as my income, I will not tolerate threats to my review system based on this approach and will contact Airbnb in regards to any attempts to receive a reduction in fees if this process is not followed. This is agreed to as part of the booking conditions of the property. ADDITIONAL REQUESTS: Please be respectful of our home. It is not acceptable to leave rubbish and other items which do not belong to us in the property. We expect the property to be left in a similar condition to how it was presented to you upon checkout. If it is not then there will be further cleaning fees applicable.

Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.

Hey, I am Krystina! Welcome to my spaces. I move around a lot with my work so I love welcoming guests to come and enjoy one of my cozy homes! Come for a weekend, come for a month or more! As hosts in NSW are restricted in terms of their rentals to a max of 180 days, I also welcome stays of 21 days or over. This means I can keep hosting awesome guests like you!
