The most fun room in the house, the POD ROOM includes three double beds (as pictured), a sofa and tv, and plenty of room for the kids to play games, spread out and chill out after a day at the beach!

Lounge all day long in the sun-filled lounge area, an open plan concept with the kitchen and outdoor space, you'll gravitate here to watch the happenings of the house. Including two super comfortable couches, an afternoon siesta is waiting.

The kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas hotplates (here's to some good cooking), and oven. With the added perk of a hidden butlers pantry, you can unpack the groceries and feel right at home from the moment you step inside the house.

Minimal, sleek and safe | the fully fenced outdoor space includes lots of space to run and play, and also spread out with comfort in mind. Sun-drenched and Summer-filled, the entire ethos of this property stems from the functional and fun outdoor space. Flowing through the entire house, Sea. Salt. Sun is best enjoyed in the backyard.

Cancel 3+ business days before arrival for a full refund (minus the small card fee). If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable. - No shows: We’ll need to charge the full amount. - To secure your stay: A 10% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 7 days before arrival. - Card fees: $0.22 + 1.43% (standard) / 2.97% (Travel Cards). - Extra guests: Beyond the base rate, it’s $60 pp/night for most stays. - Care for your space: Damages or extra cleaning will be charged to your card on file only if needed. - Forgot something?
