Welcome to the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. We hope you enjoy your stay. Villa Arcadia is suitable for families and those over 27 years of age. Our home is registered under the Mornington Peninsula Short Term Rental Accommodation Local Law. You must read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during your stay. The Code of Conduct includes: Behaving responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour are not acceptable and may result in early termination of your stay. No additional accommodation is permitted on site, such as tents or caravans. There is to be no outdoor activity from 11pm to 7am. You must dispose of all waste in the outside bins before leaving. All cars must be parked on the property. An additional charge of $50 will be charged if the BBQ requires cleaning. Check out after 11am will incur payment for another night.

Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.

Hi, I’m Sam. My Toy Cavoodle, Flo and I love meeting new people while on our travels. While my four-legged friend loves naps in sunny spots, I prefer jumping into crystal blue waters for a swim or two. Our doors in Dromana and Hampton are always open if you need somewhere to stay during your own adventurous journey. We can't wait to meet you soon!
