The property is located in Binalong Bay on a bush block, however close to the township and ocean.
You must comply with fire regulations as per the Tas Fire guidelines at the time.
The property is fed by tank water, so your conciousness surrounding water usage is appreciated. We're also on a septic system, so strictly only toilet matter to be put down the loo and drains.

Cancel 3+ business days before arrival for a full refund (minus the small card fee). If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable. - No shows: We’ll need to charge the full amount. - To secure your stay: A 10% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 7 days before arrival. - Card fees: $0.22 + 1.43% (standard) / 2.97% (Travel Cards). - Extra guests: Beyond the base rate, it’s $60 pp/night for most stays. - Care for your space: Damages or extra cleaning will be charged to your card on file only if needed. - Forgot something?
