Beautifully designed retreat moments from Bondi Beach. This luxury home is split over 3 floors with a stunning architecturally designed staircase dividing the levels into seperate living zones. Follow the beautiful hallway on entry to the first Queen bedroom at the mid point of the property. This room features its own workspace allowing a sanctuary for focus. With luxury bedding and linens and a fitted wardrobe and plush carpet; there's ample space to relax. The first bathroom is just next to the bedroom and features a spa bath, sink and toilet along with a shower. These rooms are seperated from the main living area by double doors. Through the doors is our central living space. Open plan and light it features a full kitchen with everything required for a comfortable stay. Meile appliances feature throughout. There's a lounge area featuring designer leather sofas, perfect as a reading nook. We also have dining for 6 at a large dinner table. The living space opens onto the back deck which is a perfect spot to unwind and relax. There's a BBQ for your use available. Records and books are also provided, please ensure you return them to their spot for others to enjoy! The staircase takes you up to our top floor TV room which features carpet and a sofa for the ultimate in lounging. There's a desk area as a seperate workspace and a balcony with the best views out to Bondi Beach. The view from up here is incredible and we have outdoor seating available for your stay. Take a trip down the spiral staircase to our garden room which is a spacious retreat. This room features a Queen size bed with luxury linen, a pair of armchairs as well as a smaller dining table to ensure your group can relax in your own individual zones. This room features its own TV. There is a bathroom which includes a shower toilet and sink on this level. Toiletries and towels are provided for your stay. The laundry with washer and dryer is also available on this level, all cleaning products are also provided for your stay. This space features its own private parking spot, a rarity in Bondi!

Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. Events are not allowed, and smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are also not allowed. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
