With a rich community and cultural spirit, guests are spoilt for choice, while the CBD is just a quick ferry away, only a 2 minute stroll from our apartment. Nestled opposite a beautiful National Park, this executive apartment offers unique style, scandi bedroom and an apartment which has been renovated and styled to the highest of standards.

Pets are not allowed

Our apartment comes with communal parking which is shared throughout the building, this is on a first come first serve basis. On Paul St there is 2 hours free parking which you can use. Please note, the home is on the top floor and there is no elevator in this building. There are only 3 flights or stairs to reach the apartment. This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as cots and high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property. Please note, the bathroom does not have a door. It is an open entrance from the bedroom. Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons. We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
