Welcome to The Bedford! A modern and stylish getaway in a safe and secure building. It's located in the heart of Enmore on the border of Newtown. Moments to some of Sydney’s best bars, eateries and Enmore theatre, you will be in the heart of the action here in the inner West. I absolutely LOVE this area and consider myself as a bit of an expert on the best places to visit. I accept both short stays and long stays dependent on your unique needs. Feel free to reach out to me for a chat! The Bedford is on the 2nd floor with access via lift. We are a safe and secure new building. Please respect my neighbours as we are a small boutique block. My apartment single story open plan living and kitchen up on entry. The bathroom is to the back of the apartment with the laundry, the bedroom is also at the back.

Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. If booking our place, you agree to ensure that there is no disruption to our neighbors as per the STRA legislation terms for NSW. No smoking, no parties, no noise, no commercial photography. Quiet Hours: 8PM - 8AM. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and for you to leave the property immediately if there are complaints from our neighbors.

Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.

Hey, I am Krystina! Welcome to my spaces. I move around a lot with my work so I love welcoming guests to come and enjoy one of my cozy homes! Come for a weekend, come for a month or more! As hosts in NSW are restricted in terms of their rentals to a max of 180 days, I also welcome stays of 21 days or over. This means I can keep hosting awesome guests like you!
