Fabulous open-plan townhouse with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, opening to a wrap-around courtyard with potted garden. The house is furnished with modern furniture and fittings. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, cooking utensils, appliances and condiments. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 people. It's quiet during the day, allowing for cat naps between outings. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is very spacious and has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioner. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and adjustable shower head. Dedicated Working Space: A dedicated working space is situated inside the master bedroom with a desk, a chair, a desk lamp, a power cord and a multi outlet adapter for your laptop, phones and other devices. Guest Room: The spacious guest bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in wardrobe with hanging shoe rack, mirror and ceiling fan. The main bathroom has a shower over the bathtub with an adjustable shower head. Private Secured Parking The private car park is located on ground level with secured automatic doors with a remote. There’s a height restriction of 1.9 meters in the garage. Please no vans, trailers or camping vehicles. Stairs: The access to the unit from street entry has 2 sets of stairs, each stair has 6 steps. Access to the unit through the garage has one set of stairs with approx 12 steps. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, it has a winder stair with 16 steps (walls on both sides with handrails) to the bedrooms. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. -Strictly no parties or noise which might upset my neighbours. -No smoking or vaping. -Clean bed linens and towels will be provided for each bed. Please do not use our private linen or an additional service fee will be applied. -Laundry room door needs to be open when the dryer is on to prevent overheating or auto shutoffs.

Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
