The perfect blend of vintage aesthetic setup, our apartment is perfectly located just minutes from Crows Nest and North Sydney so you can stroll through beautiful St Leonard’s Park and take in the amazing views of Sydney Harbour.

* The home can accommodate up to 4 guests with the sofa bed upon request, with a fee of $140. Please let us know upon booking if this option is required * Parking - Maximum Height 2 Meters, Maximum Width 2 Meters. The car spot can be accessed via Trafalgar Street. * Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons. * There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment which is on the second level. * There is no dryer in the home but there is a drying rack. There are several laundry services around the area. * We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets. * CANCELLATION POLICIES: - No refund if booked within 30 days of check-in. - Full refund if canceled within 7 days of booking (unless within 30 days of check-in). - 50% refund (plus cleaning fee) if canceled after 7 days from booking (not applicable if within 30 days of check-in). - No refund if canceled within 48 hours of check-in.

Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
