    In the centre of Sydney’s cultural heartland, this Newtown terrace is perfectly positioned to revel in the neighbourhood’s bustling delights. It’s minutes from King Street, which boasts back-to-back cafes, fashion boutiques, thrift shops and bars, catering to every hour of the day. The suburb is effortlessly connected via public transport for those needing to get into the CBD.

    Step through the front door and you’ll instantly feel at home. This terrace is light and breezy with the living and dining area flowing to a private courtyard. Sit here and enjoy your morning coffee or perhaps an afternoon wine. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home, although with some of Sydney’s best dining on your doorstep you may not want to. It comes with a coffee pod machine for early rises. In the evenings, relax on the sofas, enjoying your favourite TV.

    The property comes with two queen bedrooms, each immaculately presented for a good nights’ sleep. Guests will also have access to a washing machine, adding to their holiday convenience.

    HOUSE RULES: *Check-in: After 3:00 pm *Checkout: 10:00 am *No smoking *No pets allowed *No parties or events CANCELLATION POLICIES: * No refund if booked within 30 days of check-in. * Full refund if canceled within 7 days of booking (unless within 30 days of check-in). * 50% refund (plus cleaning fee) if canceled after 7 days from booking (not applicable if within 30 days of check-in). * No refund if canceled within 48 hours of check-in. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES: *As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes. *In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. *This strictly is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOUR people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to TWO people. No more than a maximum of SIX people are allowed in the property at any given time. *Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. *This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine. *This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm. *STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned. *Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge. *Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions - Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away. - This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests. - Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates. - Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first. THINGS TO KNOW: *Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons. *There is no dryer in the home but there is a drying rack. There are several laundry services around the area. *Please be careful around the stairway as this is a townhouse and the stairs are quite steep. There is a safety gate stored in the home for guests to use for the safety of their children. * We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets. *Free 24-hour parking on one side of Charles Street. The other side is only 1-hour parking from 6pm-10pm. Please note, due to our proximity to the theatre, parking is competitive on nights a show is on. * Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes.     Cancellation

    Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
