My place has been designed to make the best use of the space. Please look at the listing photos to ensure you are clear on its design. Access is on a laneway and is private. As the property is at the back of a commercial building, the back entry is the front entry! There is a small paved garden for access and bi-fold doors which open the space out. Entry is into the dining and kitchen area. This compact space has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has all required amenities including a dishwasher. Eco- friendly sustainable cleaning products are supplied. The stylish dining area fits 4 people, there is also a seperate desk for business needs. My stairs are steep so please bear in mind before booking. They lead to my upstairs lounge area. This area is a comfortable laid back zone with a Smart TV. The bathroom is next door and features a shower, toilet and sink. Towels and eco toiletries are included for your stay. The double bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary with luxury linen for a great nights sleep. Open the doors onto the balcony and enjoy the local vibe. My laundry facilities are located outside in my shed and include a washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note my property is not suitable for small children or anyone with mobility issues. I am a strictly no smoking home.
