Welcome to The Hidden Gem @ Rye - a cozy, quintessential Aussie holiday retreat and proud member of the ‘Stay at a Gem’ collection. Recently updated with a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom, this charming home comfortably sleeps six and is ideal for families with children or a relaxing mums’ getaway. Just a short 5-minute drive from the Peninsula Hot Springs, it’s also pet-friendly and perfect for your furry companion.

Step outside to a spacious, flat backyard with a generous lawn - perfect for kids to run around while you relax on the verandah with a BBQ and good company. The converted garage doubles as a games room, complete with a table tennis table for added fun.

Inside, the home features fast broadband, a Smart TV, and a stylish bathroom with a bathtub - great for unwinding with a glass of wine or for bathing the little ones. We also provide a high chair and change table for your convenience.

Additional amenities include a springfree trampoline (use at your own risk) and a driveway security camera for peace of mind.

Early check-in or late checkout can be arranged for $25 per hour, subject to availability.

We welcome dogs on a case-by-case basis, please message us if you'd like to bring your pup along!

Note: Our garden is a work in progress, with plans to extend the back deck and pergola underway.

* Self check-in with lockbox. * Quiet Hours: 11 PM - 7 AM. NO LOUD NOISE/MUSIC after 10 PM. * Strictly no party or events. No smoking. No commercial photography. * NO SCHOOLIES bookings accepted. * NO BOOKINGs for groups under the age of 25. * We do allow the family dog to come with you on holiday. However, the dog is permitted inside the house just for sleeping. We provide a dog bowl and pooper scooper, doggy bags but you need to bring your own dog beds. Please keep dogs off couches and beds. * An extra cleaning fee will be charged if: - extra cleaning is required due to dog hair. - BBQ is not clean. * Shoes off in the house would be much appreciated. * We appreciate also if anything is damaged/stained during your stay you alert us of this prior to departure. * Troy our gardener may be required to mow the lawn during your stay. We will give you prior notification.

Flexible - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 24 hours before their scheduled arrival date. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.

Whether it's the deep soak bath, time spent around the fire pit, or relaxing on the daybed while taking in the mountain views, special memories are made here.
