Inside, The Lookout is all about comfort and classic East Coast style. From the crisp bed linens and local artwork to the modern bathrooms, kitchen and soft leather sofas, the theme is relaxed living and peaceful, grateful existence.

Sliding doors to a private patio and BBQ make it easy to enjoy the gardens – a haven for native birds and our own Little Penguins – and to access the private track down to a special rock seat where you can soak up the coastal air, maybe over a glass of wine.

To keep in touch with the real world when you need to there’s free Wifi and a Smart TV.

Cancel 3+ business days before arrival for a full refund (minus the small card fee). If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable. - No shows: We’ll need to charge the full amount. - To secure your stay: A 10% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 7 days before arrival. - Card fees: $0.22 + 1.43% (standard) / 2.97% (Travel Cards). - Extra guests: Beyond the base rate, it’s $60 pp/night for most stays. - Care for your space: Damages or extra cleaning will be charged to your card on file only if needed. - Forgot something?
