Quiet hours: 9 PM - 8 AM. ✔ Keep the apartment tidy – Use common area bins for rubbish; extra cleaning may incur a fee. ✔ No smoking inside – A deodorizing fee will apply if smoking occurs indoors. ✔ Lost keys/fobs – Replacement costs will be charged to guests. ✔ Locked out after hours? – We are available 10 AM - 10 PM AEST. Outside these hours, alternative accommodation will be required. ✔ Not a hotel – Laundry facilities and cleaning products are provided for longer stays with advanced arrangement & payment. ✔ NSW Code of Conduct – Booking confirms your agreement to follow all short-term rental regulations.
