About The Nook At Cod Rock Point
Single storey with level access throughout and full-length glass doors opening to a sheltered courtyard, it’s a private coastal gem of relaxed indoor-outdoor living.
Enjoyed for its ocean views from the king size bedroom as well as the light and roomy main living area, The Nook nestles gently in a carefully landscaped garden, designed to attract local birdlife. Even our resident Little Penguins often wander through it to their nests.
At the end of the garden a private beach track leads you to a special rock seat – perfect for a morning coffee as the sun comes up, or a glass of wine at the end of a day’s exploring.

We want your stay to be stress-free from start to finish, so here’s a quick guide to our booking info:
- Changing your plans? Cancel 3+ business days before arrival for a full refund (minus the small card fee). If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
- No shows: We’ll need to charge the full amount.
- To secure your stay: A 10% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 7 days before arrival.
- Card fees: $0.22 + 1.43% (standard) / 2.97% (Travel Cards).
- Extra guests: Beyond the base rate, it’s $60 pp/night for most stays.
- Care for your space: Damages or extra cleaning will be charged to your card on file only if needed.
- Forgot something? We can return items – $20 domestic / $40 international shipping.
- We’re here to make your getaway memorable, and we’re always happy to answer questions or help plan your visit.

Cancellation
Firm - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
