The Rosebud Gem is an affordable family-friendly home with 3 spacious bedrooms, a large backyard featuring a spring-free trampoline, deck, BBQ, fire pit and lounge chairs. Store your boat or jet ski via rear access, then relax Infront of the large smart TV. A 3 minute drive to Rosebud’s shops and restaurants, and a short 900m walk to the beautiful front beach. Perfect for a coastal getaway! The Rosebud Gem is part of the 'Stay at a Gem' collection.

Springfree trampoline for the kids! 3 queen bedrooms. Large main bathroom with bath for the little ones. Extra shower/toilet in laundry for washing off after a day at the beach. Well-equipped kitchen with views of the backyard.

The entire house is yours to use. The shed is used for storage thus not available for guests.

* Self check-in with lockbox. * Quiet Hours: 11 PM - 7 AM. NO LOUD NOISE/MUSIC after 10 PM. * Strictly no party or events. No smoking. No commercial photography. * NO SCHOOLIES bookings accepted. * NO BOOKINGs for groups under the age of 25. * We do allow the family dog to come with you on holiday. However, the dog is permitted inside the house just for sleeping. We provide a dog bowl and pooper scooper, doggy bags but you need to bring your own dog beds. Please keep dogs off couches and beds. * An extra cleaning fee will be charged if: - extra cleaning is required due to dog hair. - BBQ is not clean. * Shoes off in the house would be much appreciated. * We appreciate also if anything is damaged/stained during your stay you alert us of this prior to departure. * Troy our gardener may be required to mow the lawn during your stay. We will give you prior notification.

Flexible - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 24 hours before their scheduled arrival date. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
