This single-storey apartment is on the first floor and features two bedrooms at the front, with a family bathroom and laundry in between. The master bedroom includes a private en suite. At the front of the building, the light-filled living and kitchen area offers a welcoming space to relax.

You're just a short walk from Randwick Plaza (8 mins), UNSW (9 mins), Prince of Wales Hospital, and the Light Rail (5 mins, 20 mins to CBD). Coogee Beach is a quick bus ride or 10-minute drive away, and the airport is only 17 minutes by car.

Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. * We are respectful to our neighbours and have quiet time between 9PM and 8AM. * No smoking is permitted on my balcony or within the building. * No pets allowed. No parties or events. * Commercial photography allowed. * Disruption to neighbouring tenants will result in your booking being cancelled and you being asked to leave. * Non anxious, non shedding pets in their own baskets are accepted and must be added to your booking. * Parking: free on street. * Check out: 10AM is checkout can you please make sure: - rubbish removed communal bins - all heater and aircon turned off - parking remote in bowl on kitchen bench (if applicable) - keys returned to lockbox. Code is 2015* Please let us know if there were any accidental damages, spillages, or stains during your stay. This helps us address them promptly and ensure everything is ready for the next guest.

Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
